Proposals submitted to a particular call for proposals are assessed on the basis of a pre-defined set of evaluation criteria by independent experts appointed by the European Commission. Whether or not your project has been selected, the Commission provides all applicants with a notification containing an evaluation of their project proposal. Fully understanding these comments is useful to both successful and unsuccessful candidates as it will, respectively, help them in their contract negotiations with the Commission or when resubmitting their project to a future call for proposals.
On the one hand, the EUcoach helps unsuccessful candidates understand why their project has been rejected. Thereby, it supports candidates in adapting the project accordingly, as to be successful when resubmitting it to subsequent calls for proposals for the same programme. On the other hand, the EUcoach also provides invaluable feedback to successful candidates. By analysing the Commission´s comments, we ensure that they are well prepared for their negotiations with the Commission. Our expertise will therefore allow them to have a stronger negotiation position in order to avoid reductions in their budget or an increase in their workload.
